MACIAS voluntarily
surrendered to a San Francisco Police Officer in in San Francisco on
February 14, 2006. David MACIAS is known to
frequent the local East San Diego County Casinos. He
was known to be driving a 1997 Buick Regal 4 door sedan with Budget Auto
paper plates as recently as the end of January 2006.
MACIAS may also pose a danger to himself.
