On 06/19/1999 NINO was driving
a vehicle at 300 West Los Angeles Drive in Vista when he struck and killed
a mother and one of her two small daughters, while all three were crossing
the driveway to an apartment complex. A second daughter was
injured. Sheriff's investigators were
able to identify NINO as the suspect through eye witnesses and evidence
left at the scene of the crime.
