If you have a citation that has a violation which requires a proof of correction by a law enforcement agency, the Court Services Division provides that service (for most equipment violations) at the following locations:

For your convenience please take the citation to the office closest to the court that you are directed to appear. The fee for this service is $15.00. This is in addition to the dismissal fee that you may be required to pay when you submit the proof of correction to the court.
