FAQs - Vehicle Impound Appeal Process

	If you feel that your vehicle was towed without proper cause or you want to request that your vehicle be released from impound and off a 30-day hold before the 30 days are up, you need to come to the Santee Sheriff's Station and fill out a Post Seizure Hearing Request form. This form will be filled out completely and then given to the Administrative Lieutenant. He or she will process the request and notify you of their decision.
