Off Road Enforcement Team
The Off Road Enforcement Team (ORET) is a branch of Law Enforcement Reserves funded by the State Off-highway Vehicle program. ORET works closely with the San Diego Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Medical Unit, enforcing vehicle violations and giving medical aid to injured off-road motorists. ORET is a collateral assignment for qualified Law Enforcement Reserves.
Off-Highway Vehicle Grant Request Public Notice - March 2, 2015
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department invites public input on grant requests submitted to the California State Parks, Off-Highway Division, on behalf of the Sheriff’s Off-Road Enforcement Team (ORET). ORET has submitted a preliminary application for the 2014/2015 Grants and Cooperative Agreements Program. To review the grant applications submitted, please go to http://www.ohv.parks.ca.gov.
