The San Diego County Sheriff's Department, as authorized by the State of California, is releasing the following information pursuant to Penal Code Section 290.45(b). This section authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a high-risk sex offender's presence when:

  1. The agency determines it's necessary to ensure public safety of a community under its jurisdiction, and;
  2. When the agency has reasonably reached this conclusion for each high-risk offender listed

These individuals have been classified as a HIGH RISK OFFENDERS, by the Department of Justice, based on their criminal history. The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of multiple sex offenses that require registration with the local law enforcement agency within the city or county that they reside. This individual has served the sentence imposed by the courts and is
NOT WANTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT
