WIRELESS AMBER ALERTS

The wireless industry, in partnership with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the U.S. Department of Justice, proudly provides Wireless AMBER Alerts, a free public service that adds critical eyes and ears to the search for an abducted child.

Wireless subscribers can opt in to receive Wireless AMBER Alerts as text messages on their cell phones by visiting www.wirelessamberalerts.org or their carrier’s web site.

Most wireless customers can text the word AMBER followed by a space and their 5-digit ZIP Code to 26237.
