NCFVPC provides services in North San Diego County for domestic violence victims. Victims can walk through the door and receive information on local counseling services, shelter programs, and other community services. The center has bilingual advocates (English-Spanish) who can help them work on a customized safety plan. They can receive assistance with a restraining order or other legal needs, and talk with a Sheriff's Detective if needed. The center also offers computer access to the Internet, and a customized Website of Safety- a computer program, which has the ability to aid victims needing a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). (In the future, there may be the ability for direct remote access to the San Diego Court).

San Diego Family Justice Center - Victims of domestic violence in the City of San Diego can come to one location to talk to an advocate, get a restraining order, plan for their safety, talk to a police officer, meet with a prosecutor, receive medical assistance, counsel with a chaplain, get help with transportation, and obtain nutrition or pregnancy services counseling.

Children's Hospital-
Children's Hospital's Family Violence Program - Provides therapy and advocacy to women and children who have experienced domestic violence. The program provides individual, group and family therapy as well as Parent Child Interaction Therapy. Program advocates provide an array of services including court accompaniment and referrals to community resources. Services are provided in English and Spanish and are culturally and developmentally appropriate. Located at the San Diego Family Justice Center downtown. Call 619-533-3529 for more information.

The Center- San Diego County- The Center serves as a point of contact and resource center for thousands of GLBT community members who are seeking information about and connection to the San Diego GLBT community.

Stepping Stone of San Diego- is a non-profit alcohol and drug recovery agency that offers a variety of social model recovery programs incorporating the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, whose mission is to create, sustain and extend life-enhancing alcohol and other drug recovery and prevention services primarily to gays and lesbians in San Diego County.
